The fact that we are part of a society in which the main concern has been slowly changing from the mere effort of surviving to a concern for quality of life makes the management of communities of owners much more complex.

There are many things that have to be corrected in a multitude of communities, where costs are not equally distributed or the opportunity for everyone to dispose of certain advantages is being lost.
